Hey, I’m Sydney
I help adults and teens build meaningful paths toward healing and growth.
My Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and former massage therapist with a passion for holistic healing and mind-body integration. Clients and colleagues alike have described me as compassionate, grounded, and deeply attuned. One colleague shared, “Sydney was awe-inspiring to watch with clients. She is a true natural therapist. Her easy and empathetic compassion is evident with every client. Those who call her their therapist have a partner in their journey.”
I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, PTSD, mood disorders, attachment issues, grief/loss issues, and building effective coping skills. My work is deeply rooted in evidence-based practices such as parts/inner child work, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT. I’m particularly passionate about exploring the healing potential of psychedelic-assisted therapy and integrating the mind-body connection into the therapeutic process.
I have a knack for creating a safe space where you can feel at ease, fully seen, and supported—whether that means diving into deep emotional work or just needing a moment to pause and breathe. My approach is non-judgmental and inclusive, meeting you where you are with empathy and understanding.
My journey into this field was driven by my own passion for healing after doing my own inner work as a young girl. I know what it’s like to be in your shoes—sometimes awkward, sometimes heavy, but always moving forward—and that perspective inspires me to be a compassionate and trustworthy partner in your growth.
Whether you’re seeking to process pain, uncover strengths, or find new ways to connect with yourself and others, I’m here to help you navigate the twists and turns of your healing journey—one thoughtful, messy, beautiful step at a time.
